1. Why should I use Round Lab products?
For all the product series, we insist on selecting only healthy ingredients that are beneficial for the skin. Every product had completed irritation test before they went to market, even sensitive skin users can use our products at ease :)
2. When should i start to see results?
Most of our customers start to visibly see improvement within 2-4 weeks.
3. Is Round Lab products suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin and acne?
Yes, all Round Lab products are made of mild and healthy ingredients, which are suitable for all skin types, and everyday use.
4. Are Round Lab products safe to use during pregnancy or while nursing?The general consensus is that skincare products that are not prescribed by a doctor are safe to use during pregnancy and while nursing. With that said, we always recommend that you speak with your doctor and take the precautionary measures that you see fit throughout and post your pregnancy. We want you to feel assured that you’re using only the right products for your precious little one!
5. Is men suitable to use as well?

6. Is the products - Alcohol Free? Paraben Free? Cruelty Free? Vegan-friendly?

1. Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit and debit cards, online banking and bank transfer.
SHIPPING:
We are shipping to both West Malaysia and East Malaysia with the shipping fees and delivery speed as below:
WM: RM7, within 2-4 working days after dispatched. Free shipping for orders above RM120.
EM: RM11, within 3-5 working days after dispatched. Free shipping for orders above RM200.
We hope our beloved customers might note that ROUND LAB does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. However, please rest assured we're on your side and will help in any way we can.
EXCHANGES:
For defective and incorrect items, we have a 14-day exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Item must be in its original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.This exchange & return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as Non-exchangeable or Non-returnable
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURNS:
For any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 calendar days from delivered date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
